Since there is 2 people down there i can't tell if i win or lose lane if its my fault or theirs. makes it even harder for me to focus on whats going wrong.
Even if its a collaboration of mine and theirs fault its still impossible to identify what caused it.

Just make sure that in every little exchange, try to think of if there were any things you could have done differently in order to have made it come out better, or just avoided it entirely if you just couldn't win it, in which case you were in bad positioning or they're just stronger than you.

All lanes interact with each other; Top lane often has TP and can tele-gank, but he needs a ward behind them. Mid lane can roam. Half of jungle's job is to help lanes that need it.
That aside, does it not feel great when you get a lane partner who compliments your actions? such as going all in when you stun, or zoning the other guy when 1 goes B while you just farm, or constantly controls vision in the jungle above you?
It's a team game. Just try to work as best you can with strangers and not place blame, because you can be blamed no matter what lane you're in and it is not helpful in the slightest.
