Trollers

Ok so i have a genuine question, ive been in queue for almost 40 mins, which included trolls in every champ select ive been in. i usually dont care about dodges, but people wait until the last second to dodge. Not only that, but you prepick your champ, and then someone bans them because they think its hilarious.. i had to dodge my last queue because my support (nunu) decided to bain cait which ive picked right away to make sure they know im going for her.

Im just ranting at this point but how can we make this stop
