The State of Sated Devourers
Before people start flaming me about how i'm butthurt about not being good enough to counterplay i am going to say i personally like the item it has made the jungle more than you pick a tank or your a scrub bronze 5 noob. That being said the item is broken, and your blind if you think not.
Here's some reasons why:

The item double procs items such as botrk passive this is a problem because in 2 aa's someones just done 24% of your hp and depending on there attack speed at this time this could happen between 3 seconds to almost 1 second, wits end will do 124 magic in 2 aa's. depending on how far ahead the jungler is you might just be sol due to this.

It's doubling effects such as aatrox w and vayne w, this is actually a problem seeing as aatrox if blow 50% will heal for around 400 hp at a very low level, and with vayne if she buys runnans and botrk she can essentially wipe out your front line in seconds which honestly shouldnt be happening. With all do respect to this happening makes as much sense as me using bamis passive to procs rylias, its just wtf why is this a thing

While there technically is a counterplay its not a effective one, high cc works but once you've wasted all your cc trying to kill this champion your gonna be nothing but cooldowns against 4 champions who are probably going to have been beating on you while you do this and have high hp if not full and most of there cd's. another way is counter-jungling while yes this does work the problem is you cant stop this champion from getting sated they will eventually get it, so if you go shaco or lee sin and shut them down the early game and deny farm they will get sated eventually and depending how long this takes they will have more items then when they wouldve got sated originally causing a even greater power spike and a lot of frustration, theres nothing worse than trying so hard at shutting down a champion the whole game then once they get 1 item they just snowball you so hard you can stop them

Lastly it has brought teamfights back from 10-15 second battles of using cc wisely and trying to zone the enemy carries into whose jungler can blow up the other quickly which has made league very boring again
