Told my jungle that he was being quiet and if he could have more of a presence. My team was flaming him but i was not. End of the match i get a warning for verbal abuse. RITO PLZ.

people still playing with chat enabled? ahahah guys the system is retarded almost as much as riot, no point in even writing anything in chat otherwise you get reported so, really, disable the chat and enjoy the single player experience =)
Maybe your jungler was being quiet because your team was flaming him? Sounds like a logical reaction to me.
