Yeah if its red you get a physical damage shield from your passive and if its blue you get a magic damage shield.

It's her passive.

Depending on what the primary damage type that enemy uses (with some differences) she will get a magic shield (like morg's black shield without CC immunity) or a physical shield (new to camille only), blue and orange respectively after basic attacking the target.

In that image, auto attacking nunu would give you a magic shield that soaks some AP damage. Auto attacking yi would give you a shield that would soak only AD damage.
