Surrender button unmovable...

It looks like you made the surrender screen unmovable. This means, that I have no way to completely shut out the mongeloid teammembers we get in game. I always instand/fullmute all in my games and I am used to push away the surrender screen as soon as it pops up. This uplifted my spirit in game, and made the game way more enjoyable for me. Now I can't move the surrender screen and it keeps popping up for 2 minutes with a nice flashing 30 second ending (which looks pretty damn bad imo.). This destracts me and demotivates me and since I can't move it I am stuck being reminded about the shitty attitude of my team, and distracted from playing.

tl;dr: please make the surrender pop up screen movable again, thank you in advance!

Yeah and it seems buggy too. It's too big and sometimes the yes and no buttons are buggy.
