Twitch needs a rework.

Hello, this is a thread I thought I would just throw out there. Twitch is one of my favorite ADC's and it hurts to see that he just isn't that good. His kit relies way too much on his Venom stacks with his E and he can't trade in lane too well because of this. Unlike other ADC's like Jhin, Lucian, Caitlyn, or Ashe, he doesn't have a good poke and constant sustain in damage. I love playing him and I like the idea of him going around being an assassin, but he doesn't do too good of a job at being an assassin. If you look at Zed or Katarina or other assassins, they can make people go 100-0 even when a bit behind. Twitch even when fed doesn't have that same potential all the time. So I think he either needs a bit of a rework on a couple moves or a nice buff. Commenting is appreciated!
