So i am ineligible for hextech rewards but champion mastery requires it? what does looting random stuff have to do with how good i am at a champion..

daemanic1 votesits riots way to try and GET MORE MONEY since most people who even said one bad thing have a ban and that stops you from getting hextech BS for a few months its just another way they can get you to buy more stuff to unlock blue essence to get that champ to mastery 6/7 when i think at this point anyone who has higher than 5 is just skill less (mind you the whole you have to get an S isnt bad its the loot part that is just WRONG)
