Double Jungle doesn't work anymore in Season 6?

I don't seem to get Level 2 anymore from double jungling. Could it be from the jungle monster experience going down from this recent patch 5.22? Correct me if im wrong.

You're right, monster experience has been reduced.

You now need one of the two jungle start items to be able to get level 2 from your first camp.

The intention of this change was exactly to hit top laners starting with a camp, as this behaviour compounded Teleport's central importance as the top lane summoner spell.

not Just top laners. If you looked at pro play. People would even give a camp to the duo lane. While the top and Jungler Duo Jungled. (This was common in most lane swap scenarios. )

It may not be far off, to say the nerf to double jungling was intended.

The reason for this is beacuase the new jungle items give you +15xp each large minion and you need smite to access the item to get extra xp so tehrefore playing JG is the only was to get lvl 2 summoner 11 item 1039 item 1041
