Matchmaking in normal ranked games and matchmaking in promo games .

I don't know if it is only me guys but I am getting good teammates who have decent skill and use their brain to get objectives etc. And as soon as I reach to my promotion games I am matched with people who don't actually know what they are doing .

At first I thought it was justa coincidence but I had about 6 promos now and the first try is always like this . http://imgur.com/a/KwAvT at this photo you can see me having decent teammates in my normal ranked games . http://imgur.com/a/ThEkR here I have some worse teammates but they actually communicate leading to us winning the game .

And now I'm in my promo games . http://imgur.com/a/C2zTi First game my jungler starts dying over and over again and when asked to think of way of stopping this he cursed back at me . Also our Irelia was solopushing/dying the whole game leading to us not having frontline leading to a DEFEAT .

Okay next game in my promotions I get this http://imgur.com/a/3F45S a 0/10/4 Lee Sin who is playing jungle , our Talon started 2/7 leading to fed Ekko and Shaco jumping on me the whole time while we destroyed botlane . On top of that our tank was brofarming with Nasus who had 300 stacks on min 15 and also Malphite didn't try in any way to defend me as an adc . And this Lee Sin and Malphite participated in 4 and 6 kills when the score was 27 to 52 .

So these are the things I doubt about matchmaking in promotion games . If someone from Riot games would like to explain it to me or if not just go fix this .
