Champions that should definitely get a rework

...in terms of complexity and efficiency. No, I'm not gonna talk about Poppy , Yorick ... or any other champion that's on this list: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/202294884-Champion-Update-Schedule3

Nor those who are affected by the latest item changes (i.e. in the jungle) but otherwise have a fairly balanced kit. The problem with them lies in numbers which can be easily fixed in the future. My goal is to take a look at champions who are currently "out of meta" because the lack of summoner interaction or misconception - therefore they not only require corrections but a brand new gameplay update.

(In alphabetical order)

Blitzcrank - ...aka the reversed Amumu . A surprisingly straightforward champion, who doesn't get punished for misusing or completely missing his abilities. DrMundo - an undestructable (late game) fortress with incredible health regen who can survive almost everything... as long as he has around 3-3.5K HP and item 3075 . MasterYi - the reasons are obvious and well-known in every league. Rammus - obvious... Taric - aaand another obvious one. Teemo - contrary to popular belief this little guy actually requires skill to be played ONCE he find himself surrounded by 2 or more opponents. Otherwise his kit barely offers anything besides point and clicking. Yasuo - RIOT sacrificed too much just to let his double crit passive untouchable. OK. I'm almost done. Last but not least there's only one thing that comes to my mind and bothers me from time to time. Champions who have a great synergy in between their abilities but offer way too much in comparison to others:

Annie - the problem she has is similar to Veigar before he got his rework: AOE stun in an instant. Chogath - I'm not sure where should I put this... thing. Its kit offers sustain, AOE silence and knockup but these are still negligible compared to its ultimate: Feast. As a tank there's no need for it, neither as a mage. Ekko - not gonna complain about the DMG - but the utility simply drives me crazy! Let's see - after 6 he has:

  • 3 dashes
  • movement speed buff
  • AOE and single target slow
  • a shield
  • AOE stun
  • untargetability
  • HP refound
  • and an executioners move

Irelia - everyone thinks there's a problem with her yet noone knows what it actually is. I think it lies in the method how her kit was designed in the past. She only deals single target DMG except her ultimate which amplifies the need of a farming ability on a (probably) fairly low CD. RIOT however choose the other way: a complete CD reset on an otherwise infrequent spell. And THAT IS the main problem with her. While others have CD on their farming/harassing tool, a good Irelia (on the other hand) is always ready to (dis)engage due to her previous resets. (Volibear) - ...

Teemo also needs a rework because of his shrooms, his blinding dart, and to a lesser extent: his safety splitpushing. (Shroom/vision+Sprint basically makes him untouchable since the moment he sees danger, he just flees.) His only reliable position is top, where he counters a lot of top laners by outranging with auto attacks, moving quickly, and click blind darts to avoid being hit. Everywhere else he is simply outranged and very squishy.

Blitzcrank is actually very punished for missing his Q. It deals good damage, stuns, and brings a champion straight into your team to be destroyed with chain CC. Otherwise, you have to run up to them to do your abilities (depending on your team, this could be bad.)
