[GAMEPLAY] Runaan's Hurricane doesn't proc mana regen passive from Essence Reaver

Hey I found a bug when I was playing and trying to increase Damage output using with . The damage seems to be fine with the side bolts but any AA's don't regen back Mana with but does normally when I sold

I need MOAR DRAVEN damages plz halp.
