Arcade. From someone who doesn't play Riven but sees her often, people with the 2016 Championship skin just look like they want to be part of the legacy behind it, but it's tacky. Only the ones who have the original skin I will respect.
Can you even get Champ Riven still since worlds is over? If so, get that one, so much better than Arcade, even though I have both.
One you can buy any day of the year the other you can buy it once a year...pick your poison..
