How do you deal with this champion when she has devourer, every game i see this combo she wrecks. Cant kite her most of the time unless you have a great champ for it, seems like she can 4 shot you and she farms like a god.

Any champ with a knockback fucks her because she's reliant on just 1 gap closer that can be interrupted by any hard CC to actually reach her intended target. If you can keep Shyvana off your carries long enough for her W to wear out, she is then pretty easily dispatched. Despite building like a tank, Shyvana is honestly not that tanky and will die quite quickly to focus fire, since her only natural survivability is her passive.
Have your Devourer Jungler beat her up.
Oh, your jungler doesnt have Devourer? Just lube up and cry.

The only counter I've found for Shyvana is banning her. IMO, Sated Devourer is broken but Riot doesn't seem to care.
Shyvana isn't broken, but Sated Devourer is broken on her. It just provides too huge of a power spike.
I agree, she doesn't have a lot of room for counterplay late game and focusing her doesn't really do much while her team shreds you down.
The most success I've found is trying to surprise 2v1 her in her own jungle.
Drag the game out beyond 40 minutes.
She relies on staying ahead of the other champions in the game, late game where everyone has a full build already, shes not as effective
The best thing you can do is try to delay her for as long as possible with things like counter jungling, scuttle control, and most importantly dragon control. Anything you can do to put her behind, since she doesn't gank well early you might also want to try to put pressure on lanes and see if you cant get her whole team behind. Unfortunately she will complete it at some point and since she runs at you and auto attacks to do all her damage, there isn't much to "outplay" you just have to hope to be ahead enough to survive at that point. Since jungling inst my main role the only champions I can recommend are the ones who statistically do well against her which are Kayle, Nunu, Nidalee, Aatrox, and Elise.
