Ward Mechanics

I have a question about ward mechanics. I know that there is an animation when placing wards, but I'm wondering when the enemy can see the animation when you place wards into the brush. Can they see you place the ward if you are in the fog war? Can they see you place the ward while in the same brush, or if you are in another brush?

If you have vision of the spot yes you can see the ward being placed.

In case of a brush like in bot/top when someone place a ward from a brush to another and you have vision of the brushes but not whats inside of it you only see the >>>> animation showing that something was placed there.
