My Teammates

How come every game i have to worry about my teammate? How come match making isnt the same across the board? How come in every game that i play i get teammates that just feed? For the last 2 weeks ive been playing almost everyday, and everyday i get people who dont understand the game, dont get how to build, dont understand how to pressure and provide pressure. I dont get it, i always get teammates that just straight in all game. Prime example of this, 2 days ago i played adc Jhin, and i ended up with 23 kills/ 4 deaths/ 11 assist, the rest of my team from top to bot:

Moakia: 4/12/18 Kindred: 7/14/16 Fizz: 9/14/14 Me as Jhin: 23/4/11 Brand: 3/14/19

This isnt fair to me, i cant carry people who feed this hard, how is it fair to me when when the rest of my team dies 54 times to my 4 deaths, how do i get stuck with these people? I cant climb out of gold when i get stuck with people like this. Riot you need to fix this problem, this is making your game worse and making me more and more frustrated at this game. I enjoy this game alot but when i get people like this it makes me want to smash my keyboard because i want to climb the ladder but cant because im being held back by my teammates. Fix matchmaking and make it fair for people like me who want to climb and have fun with ranked.
