Being punished for Riots mistakes

I have had on multiple occasions now where riots servers are disconnecting everyone in the game and im getting a low priority queue. Although i think its great riot wants to stop people from afk'ing but when people who have done nothing wrong get a 10 minute waiting period to play its horrible, i think this needs to be changed and anyone who agrees should upvote this.
