Ward the river not the bush when in any lane

When you ward the bush, you can see the jungler but if youre deep in lane or near tower youre already dead. Learn to start warding a closer to drag/baron so that you can see them before they get even close to your lane. Junglers like for example will ult before they get in lane and wreck your day, if you can see him before he ults then you have a better chance of escape. Same for Rengars and Khaz, they often dont ult until they reach the bush or near the bush.

The best places to ward are the jungle exits I my opinion, if one have the time ofc :D

supports should aways ward up near dragon, so they know if the enemy tries to sneak dragon and because you get an early warning for ganks. Its a pet peeve of mine that when i am not playing support, people dont do this.

this is expecting low elo has map awareness, river wards require a better map awareness than your closest bush.

on the other hand, champions with dash's or jumps should be taken into consideration. if warding like youre describing, if a champion with a dash or jump exists in the game, they can easily jump from to the bush from the ledge above it, voiding your ward.

I dont think many people use their jumps for that, kindred/nidalee/ekko, wiil use their jump to escape but In my case I always put a pink whenever i can in the bush, and use my trinkets in the river

what elo are you? if youre low elo you wont see a lot of people do a lot of things. in higher elo people will expect wards in certain spots and use their mobility to avoid them.

Then again from what I've seen at higher ELO's people are to scared to do much of anything before the 20 minute mark other than one team walk back and forth 1200 units from the team that's taking dragon.

Typical bronze/silver score at 20 minutes 31 - 17, 2 drags to 0 now farming wolves....typical LCS score at 20 minutes 2 - 4, 2 drags to 1 incoming baron fight.

Sadly I dont have the patience to be a good league player. 95% of the match involving nothing but sitting as close to tower as possible r'clicking minions ain't my style. Rather win in 20 or lose in 20.

LCS is not high elo, its not even the same thing. those are 10 of some of the best players in this game talking on coms. Of course not a lot is going to happen. "High Elo" is a game of dynamic queue at the top few %'s of the game. It is not like you describe at all

Feel free to describe how I was inaccurate.

Your only points to contest would be to call LCS players something other than "high-elo", to say bronze/silver don't die more per game, or to say high elo players focus less on objectives.

I simply gave both sides of a sliding scale. If Bronze is "Low Elo" then LCS tier players must be be considered "High ELO". And they all are. If a person is giving a diametrically opposed example why would I use "Low ELO" Compared to "Medium/High" Elo? Would you prefer I use pointless adjectives like Super Low ELO and Ultra Mega High ELO?

Ok, if you want to describe lcs players as "high elo" i guess thats fine. but youll confuse a lot of people, most people use high elo as a solo queue/dynamic queue description that consists of diamond+, sometimes diamond 1/2+. i dont think ive ever heard someone say "i love watching high elo games" and have them refer to LCS games.
