Constantly against premades

I come here to see if anyone else is having this problem. I play fill exclusively because I want a short queue time. ALmost every game I've had that wasn't my daily win against ai or aram has been against a 3-4 man premade team. Typically it's a bot combo with jungle or mid. Couple of times, mid, top and jungle.

I know riot says it's 5%. But it sure doesn't feel like it. Is anyone else noticing this? If so, why?

Before you say confirmation bias, I've taken that into account. I pay attention to my match history and when I play summoners rift, it's mostly against premades.
