Runes

I know you guys keep talking about it, but when are you going to make runes more accessible? For me, personally, I don't have an issue with the IP because I have all the champions, and have a lot of built up IP, but I have lower level friends attempting to get into the game, and it's very difficult for them to get runes and champions. And then there is the tiers of runes. I understand changing the rune system isn't really a priority right now, but an idea of when you plan on making it more accessible or your thoughts on how to change it would be nice.
