LP this year is Horrible

So I am playing ranked. I have just won 7 in a row. I thought that the amount of LP accrued can change based on wins and loss streaks. I am still only receiving 19 LP a game. I have hit maybe 30 or 40 ranked games total. Not the point though. After winning 7 in a row you would think that I would start getting more LP. This was bad last year, but this is much worse. You want a game that is enjoyable, I have enjoyed this game since 2013 and spent oodles of money on the game, but this past year and current year are becoming horribly frustrating with the changes in the ranked system's grind. I pretty much lose as much LP as I gain, which again that should change because I won 7 ranked games in a row with no losses. League makes lots of money and now they don't even allow you to ask questions like "why isn't my LP gain getting better after multiple wins?" Can't even rant to Riot about how frustrating their game is because they have changed their support page on the website and now you can only ask questions about money stuff or tech stuff. They don't even give you the chance to ask about how their systems work or what they have changed over the last 5 years. I hope I am not the only person who is frustrated by this.
