Team Builder Level Required is too High

I like to have the option of being able to pick what position I want and know I am going to get it, this is why I love team builder but since the max level you have to be to play team builder has been set to 25, many including me can no longer play this. I have asked many other people, my friends, random users, and other assets and most agree that the level needed to play team builder is too high. I think it would be right to say that the level to play team builder should be brought down to at least 15. This way you do not have many newbies entering team builder but people who have played the game a lot and know what they are doing that way it will make the experience more fun for intermediate to advanced players not just advanced players. It was hard enough to find a match even with all the newbies playing team builder but by limiting the amount of people that can play team builder It has made it very hard to find a match because the only people playing team builder are advanced players which limits the options of players to find down by hundreds of thousands. Therefore by lowering the limit level to 15 it would make it more enjoyable for many people, easier for friends to play together, and better for finding matches in team builder. I hope that many of you agree that this should be changed.
