The report system is harassment

You realize you have the lunatics running the asylum right? I would love to see the statistics. I really would. How many reports are actually in good merit. And how many are for revenge because someone didn't get there way or because they lost and refuse to blame themselves for there actions. How many people need to be victims because they have to sit in a room full of salty gamers for 40 straight minutes.

I play video games to relax. to unwind. I do like competitive games. I don't put with shit either. You're report system is a form of harassment. The highest form of harassment. In the way that you allow other players to inflict punishment through you (Riot games) Gamers abuse systems. In all games are mechanics abused. Your report system is of the highest abused mechanic in the entire game.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a feature of a 3rd party program that completely disables chat? Probably not...how awful is that in a community as toxic as league of legends. I would much rather not have to communicate with anyone at all. Problem solved. No more toxic players, the report system will be easy to deal with because all you have to do i send a support ticket stating that your chat was disabled completely.

No i do not want to go in and mute every single player every game. I want an option that completely disables chat so i don't have to suffer through harassment or my account be shit on due to vengeful players who project there frustrations on other people. I don't want to be penalized for defending myself, and i will continue to do it in anyway i see fit to do it, but allowing players to punish other players based on the lack of a feature you failed to provide or an alternative you failed to provide is absolutely insane.
