League's placements with people in game

I just wanted to talk about how awful leagues games are including the ranked games. I consider my self to be as good as gold 1 because i have played many ranked games with gold 1s and won and carried even. But league of legends is so awful in their placements towards the game. Like i can play a game and get pure awful people on my team who dont know what warding is or dont know what baron buff does. Or i can actually get good people on my team. I think league needs to fix out their rank and put the bronze players in bronze and the diamond players in diamond!{{summoner:9}}
