Yasuo is OP

Before you just dismiss this as another rant, I will tell you, I actually have evidence. Let's start off with the fact that Yasuo is not bound by mana, and his dash has virtually no cool down. This lets him not only spam that, but use it to get an insane CS advantage extremely early on.

Also, his passive. In lane, it is extremely hard to actually land a combo on his because is passive ends up blocking most of it. This directly leads to him being fed! Even at lvl 3, he can 1v1 any champ, even with exact same builds. If riot is willing to nerf Azir, a very hard champion to play, that is not op at all, why have they ignored Yasuo for so long?? Some say he is squishy, but if he builds lifesteal, like they all do, he can heal faster than an entire team can damage him. Azir, Rek Sai, aren't op at all, Yasuo is. For example, I had a game where Yasuo got a penta kill, with a BF Sword, Phantom Dancer, and Vampiric Scepter. He was barely fed.
