I've already seen many instances where the new rune system has made an nonviable or otherwise garbage champ anywhere from decent to completely broken, which is nice to see old or irrelevant characters getting love. However, have there been any champs that have completely suffered from the rune changes? I'd image that it is unlikely, but I don't have a ton of experience and might not know better. I'm really curious to see if it is the case with anyone.
Elkington1 votesI wouldn't say destroyed, but have made things less efficient for melee fighters/juggs, particularly the ones that deal most of their damage through auto-attacks.

has dropped pretty badly since he really doesn't have a keystone. Though he is getting buffed a little and Phase Rush is getting buffed for ranged champions so that'll prob change once the patch hits but right now the only real Keystone I feel he does ok with is Glacial Augment since he builds 
. I'm not saying the other keystones don't work on him but they really don't fit his play style all that much.
