Bots! Are they starting to ruin the game?

Hi guys. First off, I love playing LoL. I avidly play solo 3v3 TT. I've played LoL for several years now, and still love it. Although as of recent, a recurring and game ruining issue has arisen. I think you all know what im talking about. Bots. 4 out of the last 7 games I've played, I have had a lane charging non responsive clearly bot run champion. As of now, there really is no way to flag this. In this instance of many, that's more than half the games that i've dedicated half of my sunday to playing, that have been nixed from being called a "fun game." Is anyone else having serious game wrecking issues with recurring bot functioning summoners?

I'm hoping Riot comes up with a solution, because if this becomes a regular thing, I will likely be hanging up my summoners hat rather than play with and against lane charging IP farming bots.
