Aatrox review

Hey, can we get an Aatrox review? He is very under par in my opinion. For example, I will use his flight move, then cast the slow on an enemy, and this isn't a joke or lie, I will be at half life already, from those two moves and one hit from the enemy. He's killing himself way to fast and not offering any serious damage. After playing other fighters, in my opinion all others are way above him in damage and sustain. I have tried attack speed and life gain builds and crit chance and attack speed runes, nothing seems to be working for this char, and usually I can find some type of build.
