Runes & Masteries Health = Bonus Health?

Zielmann2 votesYes, they are bonus. If something applies to the base value of something, they will explicitly state "base <x>".

Shroom Junkie1 votesI'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure yeah. Because there's base health then bonus health, and since Runes and Masteries aren't base I'd assume they're bonus. Same with other stuff like AD and AP.
