I've been playing this game for 6 years and it amazes me how fucking bad Riot still is at balancing this shit. You changed guinsoo and EVERYTHING went to shit with these broken click and stand still champions. And now, you've nerfed the champions instead of one BROKEN item. When will y'all figure this shit out!?

Guinsoo's just needs the attack speed buff removed making it only like 40 magic damage on hit. It has no reason to have the attack speed. Everything was fine when they had to go buy stinger or nashor's for attack speed and an entirely different item for damage. Guinsoo's is just stupid with ad, ap, and attack speed.
