Cassiopeia Of 2016
What you guys think of her? Why no one uses her? Is she OP? 2016 Is she hard to use? Best skin to get?

Currently I think she is pretty unreliable simply because her q is delayed, her W has a fixed range and only applies poison debuff to targets in it and no longer 2 seconds after they leave it. Not to mentionthe W range is out of her E range and the slow is not very effective. This means if you actually land it and the target flees, you have very little chance of following up with a E.
Now given this, I tried to stepping foward and cast my W behind my target, forcing them to retreat and get poisoned or to face me and get ulted. Most times they retreat while my delayed ult hits them from behind getting no stun. And at that point it to late to followup with and E because the cast animation for the stuns takes forever giving my target plenty of time to run away.
Not to mention the amount of mana you will spend trying to land your Q. When you do eventually land it, you will have no mana left for your E.
In any case, all this may change as riot plans on adding some flexabilty in the cast range of the W making it more reliable.

She's considered in a bad state right now for a variety of reasons. Her passive takes too long to become useful, for one. I don't really play her so I can't really say what else is up.
She is getting a rework like, next week so this will all mostly change.
She's fun but has issues. She has issues and she's going through some dramatic changes in the MYMU so it isn't really worth learning her right now. In pro play she's a strong pick (usually as a Ryze counterpick) in solo play she doesn't perform great unless the player is very experienced with Cassiopeia. She is hard to use. Very high input and requires quickly aiming skillshots while mentally tracking poison timers in addition to her cooldowns and stutter-stepping. I would say kinda close to Ryze in playstyle but not quite as hard to play (note: Ryze is also getting a rework soon due to similar issues) I like Mythic best although many people speak highly of Desperada.
