Balance of normal games

There is goddamn none. Just random people with skill so different that is just unplayble. I mean, if i go ranked, i actually get good team. Most gold or high silver, sometimes plat. But in normal, no way. Only unranked just made to lvl30, b5-b3, random silver first season. Wuuuu fun fun fun. Oh yeah and shit load of premades, 3 or more. Yes i love this. Can we get some balancing in normal too? I want to play with people who actually know what they are doing. Looks like aram is my best option, because normal games are more stressful then ranked. Oh yeah and get a ping checker and don't allow with high ping on server. Every normal game has this, you should get this too. Is 2017 ffs. In OW i never play normal with so much skill difference, their system is so much better then this riot shit. BUT BUY OUR SKINSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS (we will fix servers, balance, bugs, no we won't) €€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€€ $$$$$$$$$$$$ fucking sheeps.
