Jayce is OP, Broken, and when was the last time you fixed him

Dear Riot, I am making a form of complaint about a champion you seemed to have forgotten about, Basically, I feel as if he is very broken. His accelerated shock blasts can quarter a champions health, even half it, and he does way too much damage. You haven't done anything to him in a while, because no one plays him.
