changes to teemo q pls and passive

when i just started playing leage of legends i asked my more experienced lol friend who i should play i wanted an easy champ with range he told me teemo

i absolutely fell in love with this champ and wanted to play no one else he had everything kick ass shrooms invisibility range and some other stuf i didnt know what it did but he had it!

than i noticed he had a blind and i didnt know what a blind was in leage of legends so i applied my own nooby logic to it blind means you cant see annything so i ran to the enemy laner and q-ed him blinding him i saw some purple dot on him and id fill in for myself that that must be the duration hes blinded so i quickly ran to what ever random spot in lane to get my passive going before the blind was even over and just sit there waiting for my next blind to get off cooldown while being invisible

since it only blinded her aa the much more experienced lol player who was playing vi waited for her cooldowns charged q on where she saw me get invis and than killed me with great ez

i was increddibly dissapointed that i didnt understand what the blind did and when i finaly found out what it did i felt like my version would have been allot more fun to play

i think it would be awsome if teemo gets a real blind a bit like graves his smoke effect but than single person and stil dealing dmg id imagen a blind like this to be kind of op the way his current q works so it might has to be turned into a skilshot

if it does turn into a skilshot id think it be nice if it gets a smal rework where it works with his passive if teemo hits his q he can use his q again aslong as the enemy target is infected by his blind to activate his passive making it kind of possible for him to just (disapear somewhere in lane )
