@Riot Why did you buff Draven?

I'm curious. I don't understand the Youmuu's nerf excuse. He's stronger with BT/IE rush anyways and he's already so overbearing in lane. You basically gave him harder scaling ratios and his base damage nerf isn't a big deal because now he goes BF sword item first so basically an overall buff. Legitimate question and would love for a balance team member to actually input what they were thinking and if there are any future plans to nerf him or if you're going to leave him as is.
