What is the best level 1 champion in the game discluding runes
I've seen a few of these post but most of them are old and slightly outdated
Also none of them seem to mention

is rather luck based...if you don't land at least 2 crits, you lost level 1
for the best level 1 champ here are my thoughts, I'm also basing this on their dueling potential
All these champs have extremely powerful level 1's
One point in Q and 100,002 stacks
I think the strongest lvl 1 supp is 
, hook and root+many dmg
Strongest otherwise is I think
assuming they never level at all, could easily be it if given time to stack Q, as well as even 
If you mean like fighting straight away at level 1 I would put
Counterstrike + the attack speed from passive is super strong
olaf berserker bonus gp most health at lvl 1 yeah that's all i got
Rammus taunt under tower.
I feel some roles are being forgotten about here

because of their early pressure?
A good vayne would be able to infinitely kite some of the favourites (slightly harder if tryn takes his spin) while the loss of pta would be big, I still feel a few marksmen would be able to hold their own

In a pure 1v1 Yuumi wins because she attaches to her ally and the enemy can't attack them as it would no longer be a 1v1.
In a pure 1 vs 1, no champion can stand against chain resetting Undertow. Especially if the player does the double axe juggle.
Bonus points for him having an up to 99% AS steroid passively, and solid base stats.

Wouldn't that be difficult to imagine considering you can't have a blank runepage because if you have anything missing, you get a default runepage? Sucks don't it? And they thought they were saving us.... T_T
Depends on the situation, some of the weakest can be the strongest in a lvl 1 teamfight with the right spell.

. Not suprised i don't see her here, nobody plays this champion. But the amount of times i have solo killed or gotten 2+ kills in an invade with this champion is ridiculous. Implying you land every q proc, its literally half their hp bar lvl 1
