how to fix rank

So a idea just occurred to me out of now where. which this could be implemented in solo q rank (only rank) or a rank mode that is still rank but with this idea. their are 5 roles in the game. top mid bot jungle. man i suck at explaining. so it goes like this when ever you lock in a champion you also have to lock in a role. therefore after that other players may not choose another champion of the "role". now i know what you are thinking well what about mid lee sin? yes you may choose that IF your TEAMMATES will veto it or accept (THIS IS ONLY FOR NON-META PICKS). Where riot as deemed them as the necessary role for the team AKA PRIMARY ROLE AND SECONDARY ROLE. I honestly didn't think this needed to be explained. The vote for it to be accepted will be 3/2 or 4/1 if you think it is more reasonable. willing to answer questions so ask away.

The requirements to enable this rank are the same as the normal rank but you will need to have own 4 top lane champions along with mid and jungle then 2 marksmen and supports equaling to a totally of 16 champions

The requirements to enable this rank are the same as the normal rank but you will need to have own 4 top lane champions along with mid and jungle then 2 marksmen and supports equaling to a totally of 16 champions. The additional time will allow you and your teammates to communicate thoroughly on who gets what and who has who then what they are best at. I'm aware of the what if their marksmen goes jinx and accepts vayne jungle to (those are your only marksmen) but that will be on you and the team to communicate. i really feel as if this mode is a try hard not for fun mode of rank and rather serious one.

You can still trade with players its just that this rank mode has slight tweaks and a additional feature. The way on how whether or not your champion will be accepted by team's choice or just automatic is the main role and secondary role according to riot. what is so hard to understand about this.

This is a really, really terrible idea. Sorry. If this is a Ranked queue then nobody will ever vote for anything "off-meta" or viewed as even slightly "UP" or even just flat-out not viewed as "OP". This is enough of an issue with Team Builder already (although better search tools would help there).

Riot will not inflexibly lock champions into roles and lanes, or lock teams into only having very specific role compositions. They have been very clear about this; it goes against their entire design philosophy on player choice. Many champions have migrated into roles they weren't originally anticipated in. In an extreme case of this, having a dedicated jungler wasn't even "meta" early on -- a system like this would have prevented anyone from even trying a floating/roam role.

In theory, yes. But, your last pick is going to select that Fizz anyway, and just select support role. Then they are going to go mid anyway.

Nor does rito think trolling in ranked is even a problem, but that's another discussion altogether.

What you have to realise is that one of the important parts of the game is that the "role" of a champion should never be enforced. Yes, Riot does modify champs so that they naturally suit roles (e.g. Nunu Q makes him suited for jungle, Soraka skills makes her a natural support) but most other champs are perfectly suited for multiple roles.

Take Brand for example. On face value, you might say he should only be a mid/top laner. Except he does just fine as a support (in fact, statistically he's one of the highest win rate supports).

In the other direction, people originally thought Lulu was support only, then they realised she does well in the top and even mid lane.

So put simply, champions are not categorised by role for a reason - you are SUPPOSED to be free to select a champ in any role. If someone wants to try Shaco or Rengar support, they should be allowed to do so - who knows, maybe it's secretly OP.
