Getting Sick of This Quick

Started into my promos as a Silver 4. Previously a Silver 1. Had to put up with all of the trolls in ranked more so than usual. Had a Tristana feed off the start in one of the games. Went 0-17 and no we couldn't 4v5 that match. I filed a ticket on the summoner which I doubt anything will ever come of. I got placed Bronze 5 after that match. I got placed with the troll again the next match and dodged. Later tonight I dodged another match in which I was first pick in pick order and picked jungle Reksai. I had a Zac also say he was jungling and a Malzahar as well. So I dodged this game as well. Now I am setting with a 30 minute penalty for dodging. I rarely dodge a match. I always try to make the best of things and try to carry. But how does Riot come up with a penalty that actually hurts the ones that are trying to do good in ranked and there is nothing can be done immediately to those screwing the game up for everyone else. Why don't you implement a "vote to kick" or an in game action where a moderator can be called on to react to these issues in game? Start handing out instant bans and a lot of this wouldn't be as fun for these kids that have nothing else better to do. Please come up with something else rather than crap on those of us that try and reward the bastards messing it up for everyone else
