Teemo's Toxic Shot change idea
I had a thought to change Teemo's E, Toxic Shot when they give him a VU/Gameplay Update sometime in the future. I personally think it's one of the most boring abilities in the game, right along with his w, Move Quick, and Ryze's w, Rune Prison. It's a poison right? Then it should act like a more interesting poison than something that ticks over time to do damage. I mean, sure, keep the damage part, but make it different. Here it is: Why not make the ability toggle able, and make it drain mana for each shot, similar to Ashe's q before her rework. But, instead of just doing flat on hit damage and then overtime damage, make it cripple it's target. Make it a stacking system, that stacks up to 5 or 6. Once the teemo gets up to the max stacks on his target, make it do a flat max percent damage on the target, with each stack putting a bigger and bigger crippling poison on his target. Let's say 10%/20%/30%/40%/50%. Each application of the slow increases it's duration by .5 seconds. But when the max stacks are reached on a target, the poison, like I said above, cripples the target, doing the bonus damage, plus increasing the slow to 95% for 1.5 seconds. This cannot be activated on a target more than once in a 8 second period. I know teemo is already annoying as hell, but his E really needs some big tweaking. The damage over time would still be there, but it would be reduced slightly to combat the slow that would be implemented into his kit. Another thing the poison could do, is instead at max stacks putting the huge slow on the target, make it so when said stacks are reached, the target gets weakened, similar to exhaust, but not. The target, for each rank of his E, would be weakened at max stacks by 15%/20%/25%/30%/35%. Cutting the targets AD and AP damage by that amount to teemo and his allies, for 1.5 to 3 seconds in total. It would also cut the targets attack speed by 10% at all ranks. This is just a brainstorming idea of mine that I figured I would share. If anyone has any thoughts, disagreements, or agreements, let me know below, I would love to hear them.
