I love the "meta" or lack there of

As a fairly new league player (about a year) I love that the meta is so relaxed. I know a lot of people disagree, but when I started learning the meta was difficult for me. I know maybe i'm just a slow learner but i would discourage people in trying the game because it was so formal, what I mean by that is there was no room for creativity. Specific champions belong in 1 of the 5 roles and that's it. Recently I played a game with 2 junglers and a solo bot lane and it worked. I just love being able to have the freedom to changes things up. Makes it a lot less intimidating for newer summoners.
