I found that only half of yuumi's passive is working as it should be, the passive should be giving herself or an ally whom which she is attached to which is working fine, but there is a mana part which you should gaining mana back for it depending on level which ive noticed that hasnt been working properly
Uhm you dont read the patch notes. Riot has removed the mana gain from her passive in 9.14.
The mana part has been removed but they didn't update the tooltip
