Nami is already too darn fun but I just realized that on hit spell effects don't proc when you cast tidecaller's blessing on another champ. I demand a slice of life update! I want to randomly build a Rylai's or Liandry's Torment and laugh hysterically as my adc can slow my enemies more.
Plus its not like it'd be too strong Nami can only give 3 procs at a time :D 
BLACK REALM GOD1 votes...need I remind you of Warwick? Let's just pretend you didn't say that and instead want to know the most effective use for wits end while playing as nami. I recommend having your ADC buy it. You should stick to the tide callers blessing wits end lichbane static shiv combination if you want an ADC that does magic damage. Throw in a 250% bonus to your criticals and a frozen mallet if you want to have the same effect. When referring to champion abilities that buff allies it's not about the champion using the buff it's about the champion receiving the buff. And yes. Granting passive stacks and passive abilities to a champion that normally would have to sacrifice something for it makes them extremely op.
