Someone explain to me why URF still is not out on live servers. Honestly riot, it is the most enjoyed game mode of them all and yet you still put other game modes before it. There have been game modes played twice before URF as even been played once. Why call it "Rotating Game mode" if its not rotating. Please comment and start a discussion about this. I want to know your guys's thoughts.

My personal experience is that URF is the least varied game mode; it appears to have the most narrow selection of champions due to the inherent imbalance tipping things in favor of a small subset of highly mobile/spammy champions.
It's quite possible that the reason it's taking a while to come back is so the balance team can flatten out the outliers and increase diversity in that particular game mode.

Terminus Edge1 votesInstead of giving everyone 80% CDR out of the gate, just make it so that the URF buff increases the CDR cap to 80% and doubles all CDR from items/runes.
Basically every role in the game can itemize a bunch of CDR anyway, so why not.
Oh, and add the Black Market Brawlers items to URF. Does anyone even care about BMB for any reason besides the unique items?
