Why are player kills directed at who ever did the last hit instead of whoever did the most damage? Pretty sure this was asked before and probably got answered before but i was never on that thread nor seen one.. Why is this though? The only reason i can think of is because most of the time supports i guess do more poking/damage in their lane half the time leading to them always getting the kill? but~ still find it pretty stupid on why it is whoever did the finishing blow.

that has been the way in like 99% of games. Cause now it requires skill to get the kills on the carry. If it was your way securing would be rendered non-relevant
