Like, it's been 4 years since his W felt lackluster, and Riot has proven that they actually care when something in a champion's kit feels bad (like Pre-unrework Kog's Q, Jinx's Q before her recent QoL changes, Post-rework Zyra's Q, etc.)

I mean, ever since the attack speed slow on it was removed, most Ezreal players don't even put a point in it until lvl 13, and even so, if they put 1 at lvl 4, it's to stack Tear a lot more quickly and easily.

Any plans on an Ezreal W rework? I can dig up some old threads for some examples of reworks for Ezreal's W and maybe you can also share to us your thoughts on Ezreal's current spot and your plans for him in the future.

Kog's targeted Q was fine, especially if you rolled with a MR shred build on him. It allowed Kog to successfully duel pretty much any other squishy in the game-

-provided they tried to jump him.

The new Q is better at softening up front line targets, which is also useful. Just different. The new one helps Kog's ideal use case (stand back and pew pew the front line) while the old one helped Kog deal with his worst-case scenario (someone gets into auto-attack range of him).
