Lulu - Adding Magic Damage to her ult (Wild Growth)

Lulu has become very effective in all lanes (except jungle). As a mid she can poke from long range, but lacks in any type of finishing moves often giving her opponent the upper hand. While adding health and a slow; if Wild Growth would also do magic damage that would be a great addition. It would cause for more tactical and aggres sive plays of her diving into her opponent to get the knock up and damage during the laning phase, and also the ability to do aoe damage during team fights when ulting her teammates.Lulu

Lulu doesn't need damage on her ult since riot considers her a support main. Support lulu deals a good amount of damage and most people don't realize the chunk potential she has. If damage was added to her ultimate then her Q or E would be hit with damage nerfs to compensate :/ I'd rather keep lulus dmg on her regular low cool down abilities than a long cool down one. Also not to mention lulu has one of the best ults out there and giving it damage would be over packing her with more power that she generally does not need.

Lulu has low ratios on her abilities as it stands. If lulu had no damage then solo lane lulu would not be viable by any means. For a champion she has pretty high base damage on her Q (you max that first)

Her Q has a base of: 80/125/170/215/260 (.5) 7 sec cool down, Her E has a base of 80/110/140/170/200 (.4) 10 sec cd

At level 2 lulu can dish out 160 (.9) damage + passive damage aa about every 6-9-7-10 secs depending on your cdr. Now as support you won't be rushing ap but the base is more than enough to chunk your enemy. There is no guarantee lulu will be able to do that safely. Compare that damage to any other utility support (janna, taric, sona, soraka, nami) and also keep in mind the mana costs from each champion, lulu doesn't fall that behind in damage and tends to out rank most of those champions in comparison (not sona and maybe nami)

Lulu may not deal annie damage but she has damage potential and for you yo sit there saying she has shit damage is wrong. Lulu does need buffs but not damage buffs by any means because when lulu was first release her Q dealt 280 at max rank and she was op at the time. Now imagine giving her ult damage to go along with that? It would severely make solo lulu op again.

Also keep in mind that a champion who has long ranged poke, amazing cc, durability and amazing utility and one of the beat survivability does not need a finishing move, she already has a lot as a solo mage but not a lot as a duo lane support. You have to find a buff that helps her duo lane and not her solo lane because that is what got lulu nerfed in the first place.

If you think her ult needs to do damage in a teamfight to be useful offensively, then I have some concerns.
