Dodging, a serious issue.

To whom it may concern

I frequently encounter situations where individuals are highjacking champ select. Individuals or duos enter champ select and pick troll shit like amumu mid with a duo who goes anvia adc. It's possible that you win these matches but the mind set of these individuals entering the match are such that they don't care whether or not they win or lose and, by exprience, they quite frequently feed and troll. When I encounter these situations, I often dodge because I simply don't enjoy playing these games. The gaming experience is simply not fun, your attempts at winning are often futile and your reasoning with these individuals often result in derogatory and abusive dialogue. I don't like these games. However, I get increasingly long queue times whenever I dodge these games! I'm forced to sit out of playing this game for 20-30 minutes just because some ass hole high jacks champ select and makes the game not fun and unplayable for me. There's already a 3 lp loss for a dodge. Why does there have to be an increasing time suspension on queue start timers. I've been playing league of legends since season 2 and this has been a problem since the very beginning and since I've become more serious about advancing in the game I've taken more of a notice and honestly it's not worth it and I don't want to play anymore. Why can't you implement a report system in champ select for these situations? Why am I punished for people forcing me to lose games when I'm trying to progress? It seems very unjust. With the push of the new honor system, it seems very oxymoronic for people to be punished for simply avoiding obviously toxic games! Is there no solution to this problem which me and many others experience. Am I required to begin a petition to underline the priority of this issue in League of Legends? Please respond as to why this has never been addressed and why many "honorable" players like myself are subject to this unjust punishment

I haven't played with a troll duo for a bit, i think you are very unlucky! But i think dodge timer is necessary otherwise people would just abuse the fact there is no restriction for whenever they dodge a game. People would just dodge because they don't like their comp/match up.

Relevant for getting autofilled, I find it much too risky to play a role I am not familiar with in ranked and have to sit through the time lost.

Also perhaps break down the wall of text as I could not be bothered to read it in the beginning, but I get what you mean. People playing Vayne JG and Soraka ADC just gives me a false sense of security.
