@Riot What Can We Do and What Is Being Done?
Coop vs AI is FLOODED with "allied" bots. I heard before that reporting too often will lessen credibility and effectiveness of future reports, so I'm wary of reporting too much. Played 5 ai games so far today and 3 of them included feeding bots on my team. Already reported 2 of those times, and I don't think I'll report more unless I'm assured that reporting too much will not affect future reporting credibility or effectiveness. I have NO problem with ACTUAL new players, but going 0/11/0, building minimum items, taking another person's lane without a word when it was called in champ select, and not communicating (other than the occasional scripted "GJ" and "Push") in an INTERMEDIATE (not beginner coop vs AI) is a pretty obvious bot. Again, if this was an actual beginner player feeding his/her heart out, I wouldn't care.
Just Submit A Support Ticket Well how many support tickets are we supposed to submit? At the very least, I'll be submitting 1 support ticket for every 3 games I play. I realize lots of people get banned for cheating in ban waves, but with these high rates in Ai games, the effectiveness seems questionable. Even if we can report unlimitedly without it affecting future reporting credibility or effectiveness, why is obvious botting so prevalent? If the reporting system worked well, wouldn't people stop wasting their time leveling up their accounts illegitimately?
It's just coop vs AI, why care? Because these AI games are taking WAY longer than they should. Seemingly as much or even longer than PVP games. I would much rather 3v5 with real players than 5v5 with 1-2 feeding bots on my team. Not to mention the deployers of these bots are breaking the rules and profiting off of our time while making AI games so heavy. I don't think I had to deal with this problem when I was new to league, but I wonder what the real beginning players think of this.
