Kai'Sa Skill Upgrade Cap

spookcc··1 votes·702 views

Hello Guys, as a new player i'm still learning lots about items and runes. I seem to have run into an issue that I cannot find any advice on online. Basically as Kai'Sa as soon as I turn to level 10 I am unable to upgrade anymore skills. I continue to level but keep the 10 skill points that I have applied. This has caused me a lot of problems Late game.

Please help! Thanks.
