Swain's Ult HP bonus feedback

Can we give Swain, nasus's QoL change where he gets the hp faster? It's happened in a couple of instances where I'm in a skrimish and I hit ult and I get popped by a something .5 to 1s after I've entered ult form since I didn't get the bonus HP on time. Just something I've noticed figured it's something that can be looked into.

I can get behind that. Never noticed it myself but in a tight situation it would be nice to know I can rely on it a bit sooner.
